Dr. V. K. Bisht

Born on 11th February, 1980, Dr. V. K. Bisht did his M. Sc. in Botany and Ph. D. in Plant Physiology from HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar (Garhwal), Uttarakhand. Dr. Bisht presently working as Scientist In-Charge (Assistant General Manager) at ZFHC, Ambach, Valsad. He also served as Scientist, Herbal Research and Development Institute for more than 8 years. He has a work experience of more than 16 years. Dr. Bisht also work as a researcher in UNDP-GEF project for “Inventorization of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants of Uttarakhand”. He has made a pioneering contribution in introduction and commercial cultivation of Amomum subulatum (Large Cardamom) in Uttarakhand. His research and interest focus on conservation and cultivation of medicinal plants, plant and seed physiology, phyto-chemistry, biological activity analysis and ethnobotany. Dr. Bisht has published more than 75 research papers in the national and international journals, apart from many presentations in symposia and seminars. Dr. Bisht has supervised 09 students of M. Sc., M. Pharma from different university for their dissertation work. Dr. Bisht has taken up 12 research and developmental project funded by different ministry of state and Central Government of worth ₹ 1198.37 Lakh.

Mr. Santosh Baliram Dhutraj

Mr. S.B. Dhutraj is M. Sc. in Agriculture from Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Dantiwada, (Gujarat) and has specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding. Mr. Dhutraj joined ZFHC in October, 2015 as a Scientist Agriculture. He has a work experience of more than 8 years. His research work focuses on Seed Germination, Medicinal and Aromatic Plant cultivation, R & D trails, Post-harvest management etc. Mr. Dhutraj has published more than 5 research papers in the National and International Journals. Before joining ZFHC, he worked in Society for Integrated Land and Water Management (SOFILWM), Palanpur District - Banaskantha, (Gujarat) as Field Officer, Main Castor-Mustard Research Station, S.D. Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar, Dantiwada District-Banaskantha (Gujarat) as Junior Research Fellow (JRF), He also worked in Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), as Farm Manager, Adilabad District-Adilabad, (Telangana).

Mr. Gaurav Ramansinh Gohil

Mr. Gaurav Ramansinh Gohil is MBA in Finance Management from Jaipur National University, Jaipur and B. Com from Veer Narmed South Gujarat University, Surat. Mr. Gohil joined ZFHC in April, 2005 as Accountant. He also has Advance Diploma in HR Generalist Functions from Metier HR Services, Pune. Besides account Mr. Gaurav also look after the HR and other administrative works of the ZFHC.

Mr. Bharat Sinh Gohil

Mr. Bharat Sinh Gohil is Diploma in Agriculture from Navsari Agricultural University in 1997. Mr. Gohil joined ZFHC as field supervisor in May, 2006. Mr. Gohil look after the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants, farmers training, value addition and post-harvest management etc. Besides this, Mr. Gohil also help in different R&D projects.

Mr. Harshadkumar Ramansinh Gohil

Mr. Harshadkumar Ramansinh Gohil is Diploma in Agriculture from Navsari Agricultural University. After completing his diploma, Mr. Gohil joined ZFHC as field supervisor in November, 2003. Mr. Gohil look after the contractual cultivation, captive cultivation, farmer training, post-harvest management etc. Besides this, Mr. Gohil also help in different R&D projects.

Mrs. Yogini A. Patel

Mrs. Yogini A. Patel is Diploma in Horticulture from Navsari Agricultural University in 2013. Mrs. Yogini has worked as field assistant in Navsari Agricultural University for 04 years in different projects. She join ZFHC in June, 2017 as field supervisor. Mrs. Patel look after the vegetative propagation, seed sowing, germplasm maintenance, farmer training, etc.

Mr. Bharat Patel

Mr. Bharat Patel is Bachelor of Art from South Gujarat University in 2000. He has also completed ITI in electrical trade. Presently, he is working as electrician in ZFHC since July, 1999.

Mr. Jagdish Patel

Mr. Jagdish Patel is working as driver in ZFHC since 1996.

Mr. Pragneshbhai Nareshbhai patel

Mr. Pragneshbhai Nareshbhai patel is Master of Science in Botany with specialization in Taxonomy from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. Mr. Pragneshbhai joined ZFHC in Feb, 2021 as Young Professional –II under DBT KISAN Project. His work focuses on identification of elite germplasm, mass multiplication, cultivation, farmer's training and capacity building, primary processing etc. of medicinal and aromatic plants. Before joining ZFHC, he worked as a Lecturer in DOLAT USHA INSTITUTE OF APPLIDE SCIENSES, VALSAD for 4 months.

Mr. Rameshkumar Rajabhai Chaudhary

Mr. Rameshkumar Rajabhai Chaudhary is M. Sc. in Horticulture from Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari, Gujarat, and has specialization Science in Plantation, Spices, Medicinal and Aromatic Crops. Mr. Rameshkumar joined ZFHC in September, 2020 as Young Professional –II under DBT KISAN Project. His work focuses on identification of elite germplasm, mass multiplication, cultivation, farmer's training and capacity building, primary processing etc. of medicinal and aromatic plants. Before joining ZFHC, he worked in Bharuch as a District Coordinator in Krishi Care and Management Service Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Yashwant Singh Negi

Mr. Yashwant Singh Negi is Bachelor in Arts from Sridev Suman University, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Mr. Negi joined ZFHC as field assistant in April, 2019 in DBT sponsored project. Mr. Negi look after the commercial cultivation of high value temperate species such as Swertia chirata Buch.-Ham. ex Wall., Rubia cordifolia L. and Picrorhiza kurroa Royle ex Benth in sub-alpine and temperate region of Uttarakhand

Mrs. Akshata Desai

Born on 15 March, 1967, Mrs. Akshata Desai working as Administrative Executive with Emami Ltd., Mumbai. She has a work experience of 28 years in the field of administration.

Mr. Sushil Jadhav

Born on 15 September, 1967, Mr. Sushil Jadhav working as Account Executive with Emami Ltd., Mumbai. He has a work experience of 24 years in the field of accounts.
